Lugano Living Lab, the innovation laboratory digital e tecnologica of the City of Lugano, proposes a new and stimulating event intended for the owners of economic activities in the area, as part of a now consolidated training course.

The appointment, set for Monday 26 June at 19:00 at the Ciani kindergarten, is aimed at all holders of economic activities eager to update their own digital skills.

The goal is to illustrate how to transform tools artificial intelligence generative (e.g. ChatGPT) into a valuable ally.

On the occasion of the training and information activities on AI for SMEs, there will also be a preview presentation of the new version of the MyLugano App.

Furthermore, the new version of the MyLugano App will be previewed, with a renewed graphic layout and a better user experience, as well as important new functions.

This innovative application was specially developed to meet the needs of local small and medium-sized businesses and is already used daily by over 330 economic activities.

Participants will have the opportunity to access an exclusive promotional space within the new App, whose official launch is scheduled for early July.
