Biomedical Valley takes a new strategic step in strengthening the Italian Medtech & Healthcare ecosystem with the official launch of the new digital portal of the district, based entirely on Artificial Intelligence.

In recent years, the Biomedical Valley conferences have recorded a significant participation, with over 400 attendees at each Main Conference, approximately 200 decision makers at the Gala Dinners, and more than 300 talents involved in the Career Days. Added to this are hundreds of companies, startups, and universities active in networking and open innovation initiatives, which have helped generate thousands of professional connections.

The new Portal was created precisely to give continuity to this ecosystem, accompanying the transformation of Biomedical Valley from an annual event to permanent digital platform serving one of the world's leading biomedical districts, with over 300 companies and more than 5.500 highly specialized employees.

Biomedical Valley, one of the most important medtech districts in Europe and capable of exerting a global influence in the healthcare sector, is now aiming to a modern infrastructure, digital and based on the latest Artificial Intelligence technologies, designed to accompany community conferences and events throughout the year, strengthen connections between players in the supply chain and offer a permanent international showcase for local excellence.

Specifically, the platform integrates a directory dedicated to the district's businesses and the industry network, supported by an intelligent matchmaking system capable of connecting companies, professionals, startups, and talent based on interests and skills (which is also the central objective of the entire project).

Registration is free and allows both users and companies to create personalized profiles, while a Careers section allows candidates to upload their CVs and partners to browse profiles in a targeted manner. At the same time, companies can publish job offers, news, press releases, and innovation challenges, contributing to fueling the a constant flow of content and opportunities.

Access to interviews, talks, galas, and community initiatives is also included, along with advanced AI-based networking tools and intelligent chat. Finally, through a dedicated Event Area, conference attendees can manage their attendance, schedule one-on-one meetings, and interact directly with other attendees, making networking more structured and effective.

The new website will be the focus of the Innovation Summit on June 9th.

The new Portal will be used at full capacity already on the occasion of the first Innovation Summit, scheduled for June 9, 2026, when it will become the central tool for managing connections between participants. The platform, as mentioned, will make it easier to foster B2B networking and organize targeted meetings between startups and investors, thanks also to an integrated intelligent scheduling system that allows for structured and effective one-on-one meetings.

The third edition of the Maverx Startup Bootcamp, an initiative dedicated to startups and innovative teams active in the Medtech, Healthtech, and Artificial Intelligence sectors. The call for startups is now open and will remain active until March 27, 2026. Applications can be submitted directly through the Portal, which thus confirms its role as a powerful tool for accessing the ecosystem's opportunities.
